Publication Updates
The on-line versions will be constantly up-dated (including broadening through including older decisions). The hard copy will be up-dated annually with a complete set of replacement pages provided for the folder. You will be sent a courtesy reminder before re-subscriptions are due. If I do not hear otherwise before sending the hardcopy up-date I will assume you wish to re-subscribe, will invoice you and you will be liable for the full subscription for the subscription year ahead. With respect to the electronic version, you will similarly be sent a courtesy reminder and I will assume you wish to re-subscribe unless I hear from you. I will bill you at the appropriate time, but if I subsequently receive notice from you that you do not wish to continue your subscription you will only be liable for such portion of the new subscription year that has elapsed prior to your notifying me.
